School of Pharmacy

The C. Eugene White Scholarship fund was established with gifts from MCV alumni in recognition of the academic contributions made by C. Eugene White. Gene White completed his pharmacy degree at MCV in 1956 and went on to obtain his JD after a decorated military career.   He served on the faculty of the MCV School of Pharmacy as the Associate Dean of Admissions and Student Services for decades.

This scholarship is awarded annually to a senior pharmacy student in financial need who demonstrates service to the community and pharmacy profession and is involved in activities that benefit the School and/or University.
