School of Pharmacy

Tom Rorrer, Jr. P’52 established this scholarship to provide funds to a student with demonstrated financial need.   The endowment is named after Tom’s mentor Camilla Jeffries Patton P’43, who provided Tom and a classmate free room and board while he was a pharmacy student.   When he ran into financial difficulties, Ms. Patton provided him with the money he needed to continue his schooling and asked him to do the same for another pharmacy student one day. This scholarship is Tom’s way of paying Camilla back for her generosity and kindness.

This scholarship is available annually to a student who has demonstrated financial need.
